Bespoke Wellbeing Programmes

Our bespoke programmes provide your teams, departments or entire business with a tailored programme of initiatives designed to improve and maintain positive wellbeing and high performance. These programmes can incorporate any or all of our methods as described below and usually last around 3 - 12 months. Each is tailored to your requirements and objectives and you’ll work with our team of subject matter experts including PTs, nutritionists, psychotherapists and coaches. We will also provide digital resources for self-directed and continued learning.

Talks and webinars

In person short talks or webinars (online presentations with speaker on camera) are a great way to introduce your employees to important topics when time is scarce. Suitable for large audience numbers they can also complement a larger organisational initiative such as Mental Health Awareness week or internal Wellbeing events. From 30–90 minutes long, our interactive and engaging talks and webinars will provide practical tips, tools and strategies that your employees can use straight away. Delivered by our team of subject matter experts, you can be sure you’re getting the latest, most effective insights.

Training courses - delivered virtually or face-to-face

With training from Yellow Tree Wellbeing your people will learn tools and techniques and develop the skills to enable them to adapt their behaviours and get the best results for their teams, the business and themselves. We work with you to design and deliver bespoke solutions to your employee wellbeing needs and can also provide “off the shelf” options. It’s always highly interactive, engaging, learner led and practical. Training can take place virtually, at your premises or at an appropriate venue.

Emotional intelligence assessments

We provide personal Emotional Intelligence assessment with the MSCEIT and the EQi 2.0; both scientifically valid Emotional Intelligence tests. These online tests assess one’s ability to recognise, use, understand and manage emotion. The EQ1 2.0 also provides the opportunity to assess a team or group and receive a report based on their collective results. In addition to a personalised and / or group report, customers receive a 60 minute one to one feedback and coaching session to understand how to get the most from their results. They will leave with greater insight and clear actions to maintain or improve their skills as desired. The assessments can also be taken alongside group training sessions.

Coaching

Our Executive and Therapeutic coaches are fully qualified and experienced and use well-established techniques to build strong coaching partnerships with our clients. Our Executive Coaching help leaders clarify goals, challenge their thinking and enhance performance. Our clients seek a Therapeutic Coach to discuss topics such as stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. We help clients feel better fast and enable them to understand how they can maintain their emotional health for greater satisfaction in life and work.
