Emotional intelligence

How we perceive, use, understand and manage our emotions has an immediate impact on our performance and wellbeing. Harnessing our Emotional Intelligence will help us to motivate ourselves, manage pressure and stress and build relationships.

Emotional Intelligence is crucial to our personal success and it impacts our ability to communicate, manage conflict and perform at our best.

MSCEIT ASSESSMENTS AND TRAINING

Based on the well-researched and scientifically grounded MSCEIT* ability model of emotional intelligence, our training courses provide pragmatic and effective tools and strategies to help participants develop their EI and put it to immediate use both at work and at home.

*We can also offer training and assessments based on the EQ-i 2.0 model.

Unlike conventional learning, this course provided practical tools that allowed me to immediately apply and refine my emotional intelligence skills in real-life situations. Under Fiona’s expert guidance, I witnessed remarkable growth in my awareness to empathize, communicate, and handle emotions effectively.
