Short sessions


Our 90 minute short sessions are an ideal way to engage a larger group of people, raise awareness of a topic, introduce tools and techniques and share knowledge. They are perfect for bringing together hybrid teams that may work remotely or across multiple locations and provide a cost-effective way to learn and practice new skills.

Our compact courses are also ideal to provide structure for a wellbeing week, or as a series of sessions to run over the course of a year to maintain a focus on wellbeing at work.
