Occasionally as part of our provision to you, you may be required to complete a psychometric or other development questionnaire which may ask you for additional information such as your gender and age.

- HR and L&D representatives or senior managers
- Your training managed service provider
- Directly from you
How long we keep information
- We will not retain your information longer than necessary to conduct our services
- Any questionnaires or psychometrics taken, if held by us, will be deleted within one month
