  • Contact details (eg name, address, telephone number or personal email address)

  • Occasionally as part of our provision to you, you may be required to complete a psychometric or other development questionnaire which may ask you for additional information such as your gender and age.

  • - Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

  • - Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:

  • ‍ - HR and L&D representatives or senior managers

  • ‍ ‍- Your training managed service provider

  • ‍ ‍- Directly from you

How long we keep information

  • - We will not retain your information longer than necessary to conduct our services

  • - Any questionnaires or psychometrics taken, if held by us, will be deleted within one month

Who we share information with

‍ In some circumstances, we may share information with the following organisations who work in partnership with us and are under contract with us and adhere to our policies:

  • Training suppliers

  • Professional consultants

How to complain
